The desk that reads your estimate

These are coverage advisors, claim readers, and coordinators. They do not sell repairs. They decide whether a schedule pays for one.

How the team shares a file

A new quote starts with a plan specialist, who matches the vehicle to a schedule. If the later claim is mechanical, a powertrain analyst reads the teardown notes. Electrical files go to the electrical specialist. Roadside events are logged by the roadside lead so they do not get mixed into the parts decision. The coverage director reviews declines that a driver asks to reopen.

You will not be handed between anonymous inboxes. The approval or decline names the advisor and the schedule line. When a file needs an inspection, Andre’s group asks for photos first and a physical inspection only when photos cannot show the failure.
