Unsubscribe without a phone call
If you no longer want plan notes, submit the address you used to subscribe. We stop promotional notes for that address. A message that is required to administer an active warranty agreement, such as a claim decision you asked for, is separate from the newsletter and is not treated as marketing.
Removing yourself is optional and free. You do not need to explain, though a reason helps us write better notes. You can subscribe again later from the subscribe page. This form validates your entry locally and shows a confirmation on the page.
